Nicknamed “Elephant Land,” Tarangire boasts the most elephants in Tanzania. Spot these gentle giants among iconic baobab trees. Look out for lions, zebras, buffaloes, leopards, and even giraffes!

Flocks of pink flamingos paint the shores of Lake Manyara, nicknamed “Lake of the Birds.” This park is also famous for its tree-climbing lions! Located near the Arusha to Ngorongoro Crater route, the park was even featured in the 1962 film Hatari!

Famous for the Great Migration, millions of wildebeest and zebra thunder across the vast Serengeti plains. This park boasts Africa’s largest lion population (over 3,000!) and is considered Africa’s best National Park. See all the “Big Five” and over 500 bird species here!

Your expert guide will recommend the prime location based on the season’s game viewing conditions. At Lake Manyara, marvel at the rare sight of lions lounging in trees and a kaleidoscope of colorful birds. Alternatively, Tarangire offers a chance to witness massive elephant herds ambling through a landscape dotted with iconic baobab trees, their thick trunks seemingly defying gravity.
Today’s adventure takes you deep into the heart of the magnificent Serengeti National Park. Keep a keen eye out for the king of the jungle, the lion, alongside graceful cheetahs and swift gazelles as you traverse the seemingly endless plains. We recommend you opt for an additional early in the morning balloon safari (contact us for booking this safari extension).

Go on an early morning game drive in the vast Serengeti; maximize your chances of encountering a variety of wildlife before the midday heat sets in. After a delicious lunch, we’ll then set off on a scenic journey towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, your home for the night.

Enjoy a final game drive in Ngorongoro Crater’s wildlife haven for a morning game drive. Witness lions, elephants, and more in this UNESCO wonder.
