Trip Overview

This trip takes you to the best places in Uganda. You start in Entebbe and visit Kibale, Queen Elizabeth, and Bwindi national parks. You’ll see many animals and beautiful nature.

In Kibale, you’ll walk in the forest to see chimpanzees. Queen Elizabeth Park has lots of animals like elephants and lions. You’ll go on game drives and take a boat trip to see animals near the water.

The big moment is in Bwindi, where you’ll trek to see mountain gorillas. This is very special because there are only 650 gorillas left in the world. You’ll also learn about the Batwa people who used to live in the forest and visit a coffee farm.

The trip ends with time at Lake Bunyonyi, known for its many islands. You’ll take a boat ride here before flying back to Entebbe. On your last night, you’ll have a nice boat trip on Lake Victoria to watch the sunset.

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage site, home to roughly half of the world’s mountain gorilla population. The park’s dense, mist-covered rainforest offers unforgettable gorilla trekking experiences, allowing visitors to observe these majestic primates up close in their natural habitat.

Kibale National Park is renowned for its dense tropical rainforest and diverse primate population, including the highest concentration of chimpanzees in Uganda. Visitors can embark on thrilling chimpanzee tracking adventures, explore the forest’s rich biodiversity, and enjoy bird watching in this lush, green paradise.

Queen Elizabeth National Park offers a remarkable variety of landscapes and wildlife, from savannahs and wetlands to crater lakes and forests. The park is famous for its tree-climbing lions in the Ishasha sector, boat cruises on the Kazinga Channel teeming with hippos and crocodiles, and diverse birdlife, making it a haven for nature lovers and safari enthusiasts.

The Batwa Trail Experience offers a unique cultural encounter with the indigenous Batwa people, who share their traditional forest survival skills and way of life. Complementing this, the Coffee Tour provides insights into sustainable coffee farming practices in the region, allowing visitors to taste freshly brewed Ugandan coffee while learning about its cultivation and production.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Kampala. If time permits, try Uganda’s finest food, Luwombo, in one of Kampala’s best restaurants. Overnight at Hotel No.5 (Luxury) or 2 Friends Beach Hotel (Mid-range). Meal plan: Dinner.

After breakfast, You will go on a 6-hour drive to Kibale National Park. Enjoy a guided walk in the crater lakes area for a cultural visit. Overnight at Chimpundu Lodge (Luxury) or Turacco Treetops (Mid-range). Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

After breakfast, enjoy a guided forest walk in Kibale to see chimpanzees and other primates. Then, transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, with en-route game drives. Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge (Luxury) or Buffalo Safari Lodge (Mid-range). Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

Morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park, known for its abundant wildlife. In the afternoon, take a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel to see buffalo, hippos, and birds. Enjoy the Batwa trail experience, learning about the Batwa people’s traditional forest life. In the afternoon, take a coffee tour at a local farm in Kisoro district, learning about the coffee-making process. Overnight at Buhoma Lodge (Luxury) or Engagi Lodge (Mid-range).
